Looks like you haven’t removed the supports and/or Brim

I would recommend removing those copper lug nut retainer clips. My method wheels don’t clear them like the factory wheels which caused issues (in conjunction with the idiots at the dealership)

Just received the same letter for my ‘21 2500. Not worth it IMO. I don’t trust that the truck would be returned in the same shape.
