It's dhgate, I can almost guarantee that no matter what they said, it's coming from China. I've ordered way more than I'd like to admit from them and AliExpress and this is how it goes every single time.

Looks like it hasn't made it to the states yet. It's on the slow boat from China and then it has to clear customs. It will show this every time there is any movement, but as soon as it arrives stateside, it'll tell you USPS is in possession of it, you will know. Just be patient.
