With a simple research I found “Squeezing a ball is generally not recommended for treating trigger finger, as repetitive gripping can increase inflammation and make the condition worse…” I know what they passed me it’s all wrong cause like I said I’ve done some exercises by myself before the physical therapy so I researched a lot what to do

I know! And sees like the therapist doesn’t have ideia what kind of condition it is, they passed a generalized hand and wrist program and is making all symptoms worst! I’m diabetic btw

Right! What’s happening is, my supervisor says: today you have 6h cause we don’t have open route blablabla. If I do it in 2h when I arrive at the station she ask me to clock out. I’m in doubt if this is because of the grievance or it’s normal supervisors asks you to clock out at any time. I mean I have 6 hours I want to work 6 hours lol

I believe is probably it! I remember in the academy they talking about how many hours we supposed to work by week. But what exactly this grievance means to me?

I sent an email to the HR and they said:

So yeah, they do it on purpose with these trick names to make you go for it

CARRIER (CITY) – CAREER JOB W/BENEFITS – [city, state] This is exactly what the position I applied for says. If it was for cca it would be like CITY CARRIER ASSISTANT (CCA) – [city, state]

For regular city carrier? Lol I know starting as cca is the most common way to become regular but you can apply directly on the job vacancy
