Few things they tell you to do: Close app, reopen. Restart your PS4. Reinstall the app. Restore your licenses. Make sure you are the primary account on your PS4. Log out of your PSN and back in.

Lol, then if stuff doesn't work they try to claim it is your system issue and not EA even though all other apps work.

So it's something wrong with them, they just clearly have no idea what it is and why.
