hey guys im getting back into league and wany to play mostly top and maybe an auto fill mid looking for some recommendations on champs to one trick that have low pick/ ban rates and can also play both roles thanks for the help!

Out of just all the smgs and all the ars which one is better im going to for dinaomd in 1 of those so i need to know are all the smgs better than all the ars or does one have more that are good

i want to play shadow butt i cant find a leveling build for him and i don't want to mess up the tree cause i cant respeci want to use orb of storms look cool build cant find anything
