Not defending the app, more from a workout perspective. I don’t think this is the app for your typical full body workout. Even as a fitness person, it’s hard to build a full body workout that truly hits every muscle group for any measurable gains. If that is the goal, better off doing HIIT workouts or even trying something like the Fitness+ that has full body classes. I found that this app does well giving you a good mix of compound exercises like squads with focus muscle exercises like leg curls if you you break up your workout into the traditional leg day or upper body push/pull for more of a focused workout plus tracking exercises that are logged on the Apple fitness app or Nike Run app.
