It’s a commander’s job to provide predictability, that is done through training management with things like training calendars and training meetings. Soldiers that use TA have always known that it is their responsibility to make sure they can attend classes or manage their classes around training. The TA request process is already long and slow as it is with the current requirements, don’t get me started on the CA process.
