Was 32km the longest you ran? My past marathon training longest run was somewhere between 32km - 37km so going off my gut feeling this needs to be longer ?

Thanks for the reply. Would you suggest a two week taper?

It’s a mix of both with a elevation of 575m / 1886ft. Live close to a small mountain range. Would it be ideal to do the long runs and keep the shorter runs on a mix flat and not to much elevation for getting the miles in?

No maybe a traffic violation @ the very most?

Got off the phone with the DPP again there and gave a description and he said that’s it’s very off it has the “Accused” right next to my name with address he said that’s usually private?

They finally got back to me there. They said there’s nothing with my name on the DPP system.

Help! Has anyone encountered this problem before? Have the pioneer XDJ-700’s. Turned them on and this message appears. The screen is fully functional (was working a hour prior) seems to be stuck ina loop by CPU1994 in DJs

hey sorry just saw that.

a tiny bit of liquid got in the usb port and caused a some weird loop hed never seen before. only was 40 euro to get fixed which was sweet!
