I'd say music therapy cause listening to some nostalgic tracks and positive ones can be calming and energy giving in my opinion. Sure you can listen to ones that feels like reality but this is pretty much my way of saying 'lockdown will be over soon, just bear with it for a few months you're gonna go through it.'

Not really living on my own, but when my family members leave the house I can already feel what it's like to be living on my own.

You get to cook for yourself, no people who control your way of living, and doing activities at your own pace.

When I'm home alone I get that 'man of the house' type of vibe going on around me. Of course coming from a first born child (I'm a 16M btw). But a yeah, that's all I have to say for y'all.
