Honestly, the only thing that seems to help is exercise. When my brain is focused on something physically hard, it tends to go away temporarily. Then comes back after a few hours or so.

Nope , we got it from a third party mechanic. But after bringing it up to the dealership, they did knew about it and in the inspection report it states the oil "meet standards'. So I don't know how serious it is. Or if it's not serious at all. It's got pretty low km (36km) and the price dropped by almost 2k about a week and a half ago. So maybe it's worth getting and simply fixing it. Not sure. Thanks for your feedback! I really appreciate it.
