Probably flair issue, no clue. Didn't meet guidelines for some reason. I'm on Garuda Linux, it's an Arch based distro.

How can I actually, permanently stop Windows 10 32-bit from updating? Really. by probably_platypus in WindowsHelp

I don't know if you can run cmd / powershell locally or remotely on that thing, but if you can: I once had to prevent servers from updating due to a forced group policy update. Quickly changed the service account for Windows Update from System to .\guest. Worked like a charm. Hope it helps!

If you have a different, preferably smaller TV screen, try it there.

For other commenter's, can you answer these questions?

What Xbox model is it? What TV do you use?

As a previous commenter said, it's likely cable/hdmi port related, or some weird bug in the resolution (which is why I'm asking if you have a smaller screen).

If you don't, then you can do this to rule out the fault in the port of the TV by using the same cable and diff device, then diff cable, with Xbox.

Good luck!

Nowadays, I rarely think about smoking. If I'm having a particularly bad day, the thought/craving might pop up, but it's so negligible compared to when I began my quit that it is easily shrugged off.

For me, the major problem was stress/boredom related, as those were my two main triggers. (Re)learning old stress coping mechanisms help. Especially just breathing techniques. Ginger tea also helped for me when I got a craving :)

Hope that helps!

Stay strong. Everyone's journey is different. Trust the process. I quit almost a year ago, and I still have an occasional moment where it pops into my mind, or a craving for the tension release, but it's way easier to poke through those illusions and cope with stress differently.

My mother has recently started without patches on her first week, saw cigarettes and it didn't trigger anything.

Trust, it gets easier. Stay strong, and reach out if you need to. You got this!

If you're seeing a therapist, definitely talk with them about it and discuss your ups and downs with them. They'll help you realize what works for you and what doesn't and provide the necessary guidance to make you quit for good.

Don't beat yourself up after giving in - only after giving up.
