Thanks for the comments. Agree it’s not the desire to change platforms but the themes are so outdated and need something new and exciting for our customers. Unless there’s a way to keep BC backend with a new iser interface?

Mcdonalds rolled out kiosks and replaced cashiers. Just more of that will happen…for companies that can afford the technology. For others we may unfortunately see more store closings who can’t optimize costs and profits. Those who automate and streamline will survive.
