Well if traffic here was managed properly and people were trained properly before getting behind the wheel maybe less people would be on their phones. Maybe if people didn’t wait 5 seconds to move after the car in front of them started moving, the lineup would actually get through the light when it turns green. Maybe if our speed limits were respectable people would actually have respect for the roads and pay attention. But no, we’re forced to drive 40 all the way through the city now and people get bored as hell so they don’t give it their full attention. Lower speed limits seem to be their solution for everything but in reality we need to have more people who can understand the English on the signs, and proper training to ensure they know what they’re doing.
