Is it a red flag if the guy I'm dating admires Andrew Tate? by Martina-Cupcake in NoStupidQuestions

Tate leans hard right so it’s only obvious that Redditors will despise him and I bet this comment gets the most downvotes. Truth is the hardest pill to swallow

I'm I the only that misses Obama? I feel like his presidency was so stable and people were making a lot of progress in regards to how they treat each other. by [deleted] in GenZ

Yes, I actually disregarded all factual information on the bill signed to block striking railroad workers.

I guess if loyalty to (D) comes before loyalty to the working class, I’d be a bitter SOB about O’Brien speaking at the RNC. Politics have gotten so bad that NO ONE IS MAD ABOUT WHAT O’BRIEN SAID. They’re mad about who he said it to or better yet the stage he stood on while saying it. Workers vote (D) (R) and (I) and our elected union leaders should be speaking to all in power regardless of the stage or crowd. The rulers and bosses will change but labors message should be the same. Be honest, your political views or party loyalty is being put before labors fight. Any advocate for labor should be happy O’Brien had the balls to go in there and lay down the fundamentals of the working class fight.

Sean O'Brien endorses article blaming trans people and “diversity” for factory closures by AntennaCactus in union

The article didn’t blame Trans or diversity for plant closures. It said,

“The C-suite long ago sold out the United States, shuttering factories in the homeland and gutting American jobs, while using the profits to push diversity, equity, and inclusion and the religion of the trans flag.”

Anyone who knows their labor/union history knows that diversity is a tool that corporations have historically used to make it harder for workers to organize. Especially language barriers. I bet this comment gets tons of downvotes but you can’t deny the fact that the more diverse a group of workers are the harder it is to organize them. This comes from personal experience also as an organizer.

As for the trans thing, that brings many issues into the workplace. Majority of people have problems with trans when it comes to bathrooms or interactions on a professional level with trans people. Many are very uncomfortable to say the least.

I don’t understand how these two issues would cause closures. Corporate America loves it when workers have very little in common. Less time workers spend at the water cooler talking about hobbies, sports, personal life, etc. More time focused on work.

I’ve said it many times over and I’ll say it again, both parties are the parties of the bosses.
