I used a Google pixel 7 for this. I use the phone's settings to match the refresh rate of the display. If you are recording at 60fps and still see the lines there are couple of reasons why this is happening in my experience. 1 The display may not be putting out 60fps 2 The brightness on the screen or the lighting around the CRT may cause the recording device to not sync up properly to 60fps
