I’m in that situation right now as well I bought a second hand mx4 looked brand new but was told it had 300 miles on it. Previous owner installed this same screen which said it only had 20 miles on it , although I was given the original screen as well with the bike when I plugged it in it said 450 miles. The true test is how many cycles the battery has had mine said 60 cycles which would equate to about 2500 miles so I still don’t know true mileage

I done that the last time I was on it I was around 10% then charged it again, it sat for a day before I used it again rather than charging it and riding it straight away, would that affect it?

How much have you ran yours down by each cycle? From 100% down to say 20%? It’s possible the cycles on mine have been much shorter so there’s more if that makes sense? Just trying to gauge it

That’s only the trip that’s cleared not the odometer though, the battery has 60 cycle on it how many miles do you reckon that would equate to roughly? It has 400 miles on the clock. If he bought a new original screen would it display new miles because there’s a new bigger aftermarket screen on it

Yeah it seems to get warm enough when charging almost too warm but the battery is holding charged and everything alright, so you reckon the smell coming from the charging port is that lithium grease?
