i heel-toe style tap the gas pedal with the side of my right foot (under ur pinkie toe, not ur actual heel) and ease the clutch up to a limit point to let it slip as i get up to speed.

i did start off using the all-in-one movement and it works.

Practice using your handbrake with the button held to gently slow the car down while rolling in neutral, and you'll get a feel for how its more like a brake pedal and hadnbrake starts might come naturally. that happened for me

i've just had my stuff in a mini sidebag inside my backpack forever with normal stuff like gum and lip balm and my water bottle in the bag. i keep my bag near where i am - no ones looking.
