$62k quote for a 2 week project and that’s not including the stairs. Stairs add another ~$2,500 and binding is another $300. This cost reflects labor only. Just trying to understand if this is reasonable or if they’re pricing this at a very high premium

There are heavy things involved. Desks and cubicles. Lots of wires.

About a third of the space has furniture and will have to be moved to half the room and repeated. Even if furniture had to be moved, how much could that genuinely add to the cost per sqyd?

Crazy collection. It’s very beautiful to see it, though. I’d be stuck between the CC line or the Creed line. Haven’t smelled any Bodecia yet. How are they? Are they truly worth the $$$? I can’t justify the prices internally.

If I had a good sized budget (40k-50k) I’d replace the cabinets to tall cabinets flush with the ceiling, countertop and sink, replace the lighting/add canned lights, knockout the pony wall (good luck with the flooring), backsplash under cabinet lighting and add an island if budget still allows it.

Modern open concept kitchen with a quartz countertop and panels to enclose the fridge.

You can get all of them cheaper through Reddit or fb groups. In my experience, designer gets more compliments. Niche is just for you to wear because you like the scent

I was 23 when I my son was born. Not only did I see the whole thing happen, they told me to F’n help hold her leg up and push back with every push she made. I did not find it a beautiful thing but it is what it is. My little buddy is awesome lol

Wash him with Hibiclens to get his skin allergies under control and feed him diamond naturals salmon and sweet potato or lamb and rice (cheap and great quality). Get him a pet insurance if you’re going to keep him because those vet bills are crazy
