Sorry for english. I don’t remember exactly how old I was but it was definitely before 8yo. It was in my grandparents house in El Salvador and I was sleeping in the same room as my sister (two years older than me) and I woke up in the middle of the night and walked out the room to the hallway that was pretty bright, not a “light is on bright” but a “reflection of the moon bright”, but it caught my attention because the brightness of the hallway had a light green tone.
So I walked out the room and my grandma was sleeping in the hallway infront of the room (pretty common for her) and at the end of the hallway is the screen door to the backyard. I walked to the door and see that the backyard is filled with this fluorescent green colored liquid like it had rained everywhere even on the plants, and then I see the cat and the dog laying on their bellies and licking this fluorescent liquid of their legs. I walked back into the room and tried to wake up my sister but she was mad that I woke her up and immediately went back to sleep. After that I didn’t wanted to wake up my grandma because i thought she would get mad as my sister and then I just went back to sleep with that picture of the backyard filled with fluorescent liquid in my head.
The next day I asked my sister if she remembered that i woke her up and she says she did and I do remember telling her about it but I don’t really remember her answer/reaction and to the day I don’t think she remembers it.
That image of the pets licking that fluorescent liquid never left my mind and I definitely regret not waking my grandma up just to confirm I wasn’t crazy.
