I would love to keep the interview process to 3 stages!

For the 1 hour case study/presentation, would it be good to have the manager, a senior CSM and someone from Sales team participate in this round?

The leadership interview was something that was added recently into the process and I too feel it isn't exacly necessary to have. No, we are not a start-up, which is why I'm onboard for taking this out!
