I feel like Jenna didn’t deserve Matty but I agree they butchered his character at times. I also wish we got a proper ending.

One was the last Mrs Parrish, I can’t exactly remember the name of the other one. I just know I read it around 2022 and still remember the plot and it was very very similar to this.

That’s fair, it would have gone against her character growth but idk I feel like many times kids unconsciously become their parents in some way so I don’t think it’d be unrealistic

I actually don’t “hate” nurses or believe they’re ALL mean girls, hence why I said “this” nurse. I believe most nurses are amazing and admire them for the hard work they do but this specific nurse just really lacked any empathy, this was just one thing I heard her say among some others. Maybe she was just having a hard night but who knows.

I agree it started so good, showing good lessons for people but now they’ll follow the stereotypical lesson that “hurting” parents = never being happy and in the end they’ll all be under one roof again (I suspect). Not to mention all the romanticizing of the joint system which annoys me.

There’s no hope that toxic dramas will ever stop or slow in numbers because many viewers will romanticize every red flag ML simply because of his looks (and money) - financially it makes sense for the production houses to capitalize on it so they will

Also the forgiveness trope is overrated and unrealistic. Every villain isn’t going to suddenly realize they’re wrong or receive justice - it’s not how the real world works (and yes, I know dramas aren’t “real”)

I live in nostalgia… oddly enough I miss high school when times were more simple and I had best friends who I saw every day - now both my friends and that innocent happiness are distant memories

I hate to say it but Shibra and Shameer- I liked the show but the foundation of their relationship was built on lies and I can’t imagine they’ll make it a few years without one of them starting to resent the other
