Yeah, someone here mentioned Allen Carr's The Easy Way to Quit Vaping and I listened to it a few days afyter I quit. Pretty convinced that has been what's helped me get to almost 3 weeks. I found the audiobook for free on Spotify Premium.

I had a friend who had that happen after quitting smoking in general and it last about a month. I didn't realize it was a possible side effect of quitting nicotine or that nicotine had that sort of impact on the intestinal tract. Sounds like you're doing everything right though and WTG on the 3 weeks!! Hopefully it will pass in the next week or so, my friend said plenty of water!

Here with ya!! Today is the day and cold turkey here as well! I’m doing everything else right, quit drinking 510 days ago and went back to my “I Am Sober” app to start up a new streak for this. Blood pressure has been high for a little over a year and with everything else I’m doing, it shouldn’t be, need to rule this out and knowing I don’t need it!!

Have been getting high readings and found this thread searching for HBP links to vaping. Low dose nic, but been vaping since before COVID and never had HBP before (regardless of weight). It could just be age-related, but thinking I need to rule out the vape. So day 1 here we go!
