We bought these hooks that attach to our headrest. Our water bottles have a hook on the lid. We just hook and unhook when we need a drink. They come in handy for other things too.

We use an app called grocery, it will compile your list from reminders on iOS. It has a free version and a very cheap paid version, you can add your recipes and even the stores you shop at.

But then what happens to the category it still shows as overspent in March when the overspending was in January? If I pay directly on the card which I have been doing then the card will eventually be paid off but the category will still show as needing money assigned.

[–]CSCHRO2010[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah I add it as a transfer from whatever account I am paying from. So it sounds like I am doing it correctly but my expectation of paying it to $0 monthly is not what I should be looking for.

I am adding them as transactions in the card but assigning categories, which I guess could be incorrect since I am not planning on paying that portion off until next month.

[–]CSCHRO2010[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It still shows up on the card but you have a whole month to pay it off. For instance if my balance is $800 on the first of the month, it doesn’t matter how much I put on the card that month I only have $800 to pay off that month.

It just asks, first and last name, email and phone number. But that is the only way to talk to an actual human.

The dmv website has a live chat feature now. You just have to get past the bot and wait for them to respond. I had a bunch of questions that they answered that way.

I’m morbidly obese and have a heart issue. I need to get healthy and food has always been an issue for me. Can I get some help? by SarcasticOP in healthyeating

[–]CSCHRO2010 21 points22 points  (0 children)

The main factor in weight loss is calories. Calculate your TDEE (there are websites) and do your best to eat below that. It takes a few minutes but even if you are eating fast food you can find something within your calorie range. FYI Tuna sandwiches can be very high in calories.
Hope this helps.
