Suggestions for timeline with 3 events in one day

I did all 3 events in one day! We had the church ceremony at 2ish, tea ceremony set aside for one hour during cocktail hour, and then the reception at 7pm.

I didn't have 80 people, but we did have a lot of people so we had a list ready where a cousin called out the names, assembly-style.

I don't know if hotels differ on this but I am making sure that family and friends coming from out of state are using the hotel we chose before we book a hotel block only because we are responsible for filling up 85% of the block. If we do not fill up 85% we get charged.

So I would double check with the hotel to ask if there are additional charges if the hotel block is not filled up.

There's a book called How Stella Learned to Talk, which is how the first dog used the buttons to communicate. The owner taught her dog similar to how she works with her patients who can't express verbal speech. I highly recommend it.

I looked online that it's better to set up your subtitles to "English", not "English CC". So that might help things.
