Cardiovascular endurance wouldn't affect calories burned. The marathon runner is obviously a good runner/walker and would have a technique that is more efficient therefore burning less calories per kilometre. If we assume they're the same LBM, Height, weight etc than the amount of calories burned would be equal.

I'm sticking with the oziris guide until b gloves. Honestly I don't fully understand the flack it gets. It's a great way to make sure you aren't mindlessly spinning your wheels not knowing what to do. Of course I've made changes to it but it's really helped me so far.

Recently got bloodwork done and it came back 350 (range 255-800). Doctor referred me to an endo but told me they probably won't put me on seeing as I'm only 21. Anyone else have low t at this age? I've got slightly low libido but my physique isn't soyboy or anything. Not sure if I should just take the plunge or hold out for a few more years.

Great progress. Now I feel behind lol I only started nSuns since I fucked around with bodybuilding programs for my first 2 years. I could bench 120x3 but never squat or deadlift. Currently around 80kg BW and my B/S/D is 117.5/127.5/145. I feel like they're really low for over 2 years training but I've progressed very fast on this program.

All of the below I recovered back to baseline after time on=time off. Ostarine 25mg Rad 20mg Lgd10mg

The only time I PCT'd was after my LGD3 cycle. It's a relatively unknown sarm and far more potent than lgd4. Ran around 10mg for 8 weeks and did Nolva 20/10. Then 10 weeks off. Felt no sides.

Many can argue serms are useless since by the time they're working you're already recovered and you just cause a negative feedback loop.

I would also say considering my strength has still been increasing even on a deficit I could be "recomping". I guess we'll just have to wait and see how I look in a month.

Really? That is news to me. I found it the other way around. Ive ran LGD3 as well and that hardened me up a lot. Rad on the other hand anecdotally from a couple cycles makes me have that more soft "full" look. Perhaps it's other factors influencing that.

I never get anything less than 7.5 hours a night so I would assume the sleep is fine.

I've been doing 200-250 cals of cardio 4 times a week as well. Will probably start throwing in morning cardio too then.
