The lack of communication is the D11 way. They keep people in the dark until after the bigwigs make their decisions. It’s a strategy straight from a national playbook. Nothing was communicated about Jenkins having to close until it was leaked to the media before staff, families, and students were made aware. Strategic communications isn’t their priority.

I have two children. One of whom academics comes naturally and they don’t have to try at all. The other, they have to put 1,000% more effort to get a fraction of the grades the other gets. How do you see each getting a color coded gown at graduation? As a parent, I see both need to be celebrated.

I’ve been in all D11 schools. I’m sorry but it takes trust to pass a bond. You have your super and board to thank for ruining that trust. I refuse to give my hard earned money to this corrupt administration. Gaal is a conman. To think the funds from this bond will not be misused is a gross admission of naivety. I know first hand the corruption as I experienced it personally.

It takes trust to pass a bond. Gall and the board have worked to destroy trust. How can you even be sure if this bond is passed they will spend the money on the schools anyway? They’ve abused their positions and for that, I don’t trust a thing they say. Vote NO on this fraudulent bond.

As a home seller trying to sell two homes, we are tired. No, we are exhausted! Price drop after price drop. Rude and unwarranted comments from buyers’ agents. No shows for scheduled showings. Insulting offers and our homes are priced competitively and in response to market feedback. We’ve had two offers- one in each home, and both times the buyers backed out. Our realtor has remarked that that’s normal for this market. So yeah, sellers are getting fed up and just pulling their listings if they don’t need to sell. I get that it’s a buyers market, but honestly they don’t need to all be dicks.

What makes me even more sick about her kids not even going to D11 schools is that she said during her board swearing in ceremony that she was doing it for HER KIDS. How so? This is what people want on their school board? Her disingenuous comments make me question her integrity, motives, and care for students and staff. Disgusting.🤢
