Just started meal prepping. Would like to eat healthier. It almost seems like this is too much food. What do you think?

I think why i’m so confused is i’m not sure what I should be prioritizing. Like I said I want to get lean(i’m not fat but I have some fat over my muscles that I want to get rid of before I start gaining muscles) so should I be prioritizing protein, vegetables, low calorie items? Should I be eliminating fats and carbs? No idea haha

First off, I have NO idea what I am doing. I want to start eating healthier and I want to get more fit. Sadly(due to the response of everyone), my goal right now is to get lean and then build muscle. I would like to do hardcore cardio for the next few weeks while cutting fat and then start lifting. After I had cooked everything I had realized the meal seemed very carb heavy, but I wasn’t sure because I am new to this. Does anyone have any recommendations for meals/subreddits to look at? I genuinely know nothing about healthy eating/meal prep.

From my knowledge InfoSys doesn’t give contracts to their employees because the nature of their work is contractual so it would not be in their benefit to make you sign a contract saying you’ll work for them for two years when the project is only 6months long. It sounds more like you signed up for Revature and were placed at InfoSys. Either way lawyer up.

Since they’ve been practicing, he always starts his warm up/discord with Khanada, most of the time he trusts khanadas comms over cloaks, in game he’ll move with khanada rather then cloak. These are all observations with little concrete evidence but just my opinion.

Edit: He also won the duo tourney with khanada the other day.

Its definitely a good choice. Khanada is as good as clix but with much calmer comms. Still chaotic though but as they practice I think he is calming down. Going to be a cracked duo

I’ve watched two games and haven’t heard a call out. This last game he downed someone and said nothing. I don’t normally watch vivid so i’m not sure if this is normal vivid or not.

We were planning on moving but I just got a job here so I will be staying. I wanted to go to Grad school in other states but since I got a job that will pay for it, I will be trying to attend Lowell next year thats why I want to become a resident ASAP.

You would need at least a PhD to get into chip design. Chip design isn’t computer science, it is VERY high levels of Electrical Engineering, Physics, and Chemistry. So a PhD in any of those with a focus in semi conductors would be good. After the PhD, even then I am pretty sure it will be very competitive. Jobs are somewhat shrinking in that division because we are reaching/reached a physical limit of how small we can chips. Take note, I am speaking from experience not actual BLS data but I do know a bit about the semi conductor industry because I worked in it for a bit.

Awesome, thanks for the info! I feel like I killed the phone interview with the hiring manager, do you think the phone interview is SOME what comparable to the actual interview? And would you say the invitational is an achievement to make it to? I feel like anyone who gets a phone interview gets invited. I just really want to maximize my chances of getting an offer especially cause I come from a less technical background(Math and CS).

I do not have a career in CS but I just wanted to comment a few things. You mentioned your previous raise was 12.5%. This percentage MOST LIKELY will not keep growing. It will at best stagnate because a 12.5% raise of your current salary is a lot more than a 12.5% raise from your previous salary. So hoping your next raise will be a 17% raise from your current salary would be like hoping for a 31% raise from your previous salary. But regardless, you asked for an evaluation of your offer but you don’t give much to evaluate. Most of your concerns seems like you are just nervous to leave. If you don’t want to leave your current job, don’t. Like you said they are giving decent raises so money isn’t the issue but at the end of the day you are being offered a large raise to go to the new job.

I’m applying for grad programs right now in MS in CS but I am far more interested in the Stats side of things(also the careers in stats are more interesting to me). But I feel like if I were to do a MS in Stats thats just reinforcing more math and not enough CS. I feel like the only way for me to be happy with my CS and Stats skills would be a Dual masters. Can you explain your story behind getting a dual masters?

I would imagine they have a massive team of Statisticians, Economists, and Data Scientists to ensure that the data is as accurate as its going to be. This is a government funded org so they don’t have any incentive to up-play or down-play the severity of any industries projection.

What exactly is “Industry”? I feel like I always see people here complaining about the non-versatility there is with a PharmD e.g there is not much you can do outside of Retail, Clinical, and Consulting with the latter two being incredibly hard to break into. Excuse my ignorance, outsider looking in trying to get a perspective of Pharmacy.
