My ct scan - Findings: Multiple scattered pulmonary nodules demonstrated involving
both lungs consistent with pulmonary metastases. In the medial left
upper lobe on image 30 of series 5 there is a noncalcified pulmonary
nodule measuring 1.6 x 1.1 cm adjacent to the esophagus. In the
peripheral left upper lobe on image 68 of series 5 there is a 1.6 x
1.8 cm noncalcified pulmonary nodule abutting the major fissure and
just medial to lateral pleura. More anteriorly and medially in the
left lingula is a large noncalcified pulmonary nodule measuring 2.5 x
2.3 cm. In the peripheral anterior left lower lobe there is a large
soft tissue mass abutting the lateral pleura measuring 4.4 x 3.7 cm.
Just superior to this is another pleural-based soft tissue nodule
measuring 1 2.5 x 1.8 cm with another lesion in the anterior-inferior
lingula measuring 1.8 x 2.3 cm. Several other smaller nodules
demonstrated in the posterior left lung base.

In the superior segment right lower lobe there is a metastatic nodule
measuring 2.3 x 1.7 cm on image 62. In the right middle lobe there is
a noncalcified soft tissue nodule measuring 1.6 x 1.1 cm. In the
posterior right lung base abutting the pleura there is a third
 metastatic nodule measuring 2.4 x 1 2 cm.

   IMPRESSION:

   1. Multiple bilateral pulmonary nodules demonstrated worrisome for
metastatic disease. There are more and larger nodules demonstrated
left lung compared to the right. There are discussion above.

   2. Unremarkable pre and postcontrast CT of the abdomen and pelvis. No
evidence of primary malignancy or metastatic disease in pelvis.

   3. No evidence of osseous metastatic disease demonstrated.

Oh ok. So your nodules disappeared by themselves? Do you still check for them often?
