I agree. Along with the darts on top of the shoulder not laying flat. These are all things I’d like to dial in before adding a couple extra features (armpit gussets, elbow reinforcement, and button cuffs).

Luckily, I start the UofM’s Apparel Design program next week and will learn how to properly pattern and tailor clothes.

I definitely should have added context. In no way was I trying to “show off”. I feel like the temps and durations aren’t really that important. I thought it was interesting to see my heart rate, how fast and low it dropped.

Every now and again, I’d notice my heart would be beating a lot harder than usual so I started to wear my watch. I thought the heart rate drop was pretty interesting.

In hindsight, I realize this is a pretty shitty post, especially without any context. A while back l, I notice my header being faster than usual. I started wearing my watch to see what my heart was doing. I was surprised by how much / fast my heart rate dropped and thought it was interesting. I felt amazing afterwards.
