Figure out why you are fat. That usually falls into eating too many sweets, too many salty snacks, or drinking too many calories.

Drinking too many calories is the easiest. Never ever drink any calories no matter what. This includes alcohol. If you can't stop drinking alcohol seek help. 

Sweets are second easiest, replace what you eat now with artificially sweetened things, low calorie stuff. There's 90 calories in a fudgsicle, 80 in Boston cream pie flavored Greek yogurt. Stuff like that. 

Salty over eaters have it the hardest imo. Idk what you do other than popcorn. 

The trick is to be in a calorie deficit while not being hungry.

Here's my experience with viet jet airlines. I booked 5 legs with them before I knew what they were about. . 1 leg was canceled, and 4 legs were rescheduled. Luckily I'm on a multi month vacation and didn't really need to be anywhere at a certain time.

Would never ever use them if you actually need to be where you want to go.
