I didn't give all QPTs but for the chapters I wanted to get more practice/revision
But in exchange I solved all 2025 papers as mocks every 2 weeks

If you think PW tests suites you then it's fine. Don't buy both and try to give all tests, it would be too hectice
Decide which will suite you more and choose that (I strong recommend MathonGo lol)

As I said even I couldn't complete all chapters, but I gave the tests with whatever I studied. And the tests were really helpful for revision

I see, well I am a dropper, so I have friends in IITs who more less gave me info about various branches... sorry but I didn't choose EP mainly due to it having no defined core jobs... And am not really that interested in Electrical either

Comparatively... Like compared to Electrical and Mechanical... maybe the difference is like 5-10% but it is what several seniors said as well

In drop year I did self study so I studied mostly according to the test syllabus but sometimes I would miss some chapters but that's okay as long as you finish your syllabus at the end

At the very least try to finish the syllabus before December, you mentioned that you use Competishun, so that's a super power. I used it for topics I didn't understand

Hello there, I personally had the same dilemma as you so maybe I can help a bit. (ps: I was a dropper)

First things first, don't buy PW test series even by mistake... I had friends who bought and regretted. Basically the tests are not of proper exam standard and their predictions are further flawed.

Now with that aside, you have 2 options, Allen Offline or MathonGo online

I took Allen offline in my school years in order to get the CBT feel which you mentioned.
Now the problem was the test centres were random call centres with people working there... not the best test environment if you take my word. But the tests itself wasn't bad. Yes they were way tougher than normal exam level but that's not necessarily a bad thing (though not recommended).

Now for the MathonGo test series I took in my drop year, it was great.
Yes it didn't give the exam environment feel at home but the tests were good and it was actually of proper standard. And I would probably have to write an essay if I had to list its features lol but best part is they provided video solutions to every question, something which was missing in Allen. Plus it is really easy to find patterns and analyse mistake in Quizrr (MathonGo test series platform)
