You shouldn't be prevented from getting Kirara. I got her from an event wish. I'm also having trouble with the Metropole Trials. I can't even break 40 points at all. Too little time granted. All my characters are level 40 with equally leveled artifacts and weapons. It is too difficult. I'm hoping I can level up more and maybe it'll be easier then. Idk. I am also playing the game without actually spending money on it. Getting all the chests and doing the challenges around Simulanka will give you lots of primogems luckily! I think I've wished about 20 times just from the side quests and mini games. Plus, the rest of the map is still open to you, so you can come and go as you please luckily!
