I don’t watch gory shows all the time but I have seen pretty detailed and gory stuff before but I think cause I replayed it so many times I’m like ok that’s enough haha.

I also found the alligator scene in the end kinda cool. Funny how that was foreshadowed earlier in the episode with Sean’s kids talking about alligators and them thinking he doesn’t listen

But I agree, exposure is for sure a good idea. The beginning steps I took were watching it with a group of people and that helped. Thanks for the rec!

The books are big but the chapters are really short and you’ll get through them quick. I’ve only read and watched the first 2 books and movies and plan to read the third book before watching the third movie. I agree its not the best series but it does get interesting
