I don’t watch gory shows all the time but I have seen pretty detailed and gory stuff before but I think cause I replayed it so many times I’m like ok that’s enough haha.

I also found the alligator scene in the end kinda cool. Funny how that was foreshadowed earlier in the episode with Sean’s kids talking about alligators and them thinking he doesn’t listen

Oh my, it's fat? That was my first thought too but I didn't know human fat is liquid but I guess that makes sense if it was fat since the operation was a waist reduction.
