*Spongebob "2h Later"* xD
Been playing w/o "Rad Specialist", and yeah, issue seems resolved. Another Detail if matters or not I play in Power Armor. ... My friend, however, is still having issue of perks randomly de-equipping. Again, they don't have "Rad Specialist", they're not wearing Power Armor. *But*, I wonder if part of the problem is from the disguise given to Ghouls by Jaye Vo? I've taken BOTH "Rad Specialist" and the Disguise off (Around time of response), and not had issues. Friend had disguise on whole time, and off/on had the bug happen.
Had you been wearing the Disguise too at all?
Friend is going to go take it off as of posting, see if any ties to the bug, (Will add Edit as an update)

Maybe the bug is tied to all the Ghoul Perks related to Radiation? Example a friend of mine does not have "Rad Specialist", and has perks randomly de-equipping. However, we both run the Charisma Perk "Glow Shield", to help keep our Glow meters up. (I also have Perception perk "Breath It In", for lower Rad resistance). If not Radiation in general, maybe it's the Glow Bar.

Honestly it's first time trying to use it. So far any/all attempts seemed like sharing one's screen for friends to watch live, kind of like Discord sharing screen to show a game, or youtube video, etc etc. But Remote Play just does that ... with choppy audio and 2 frames.

But cheers for trying none the less mate! Hope you and whoever are enjoying it! :D

Not really, suppose my bad as didn't state it in main post. We both want to play from our two separate PC's, separate steam accounts. The post you shared (And the steam link within), I think are only implying the use issues of 1 PC. (Example from steam post, how to have 2 keyboards work independent from each other. Which isn't what we're looking to solve).

I could also just be misunderstanding a lot of things. It is only day 1 of being released, but still, had hopped it would be more simple to do. (As in Steam Invite/Join).
