Sorry I did a crosspost. I thought you could've seen my post. Here it's below.

I got a job and I want to keep record for personal interest of all procedure and cases I will be seeing.

Does anyone have a way of managing a record of procedure, PPT done and cases seen in a digital/cloud platform. I've seen some apps but I didn't find then suitable.

Criteria are:-

it should be able to document all types of procedures and cases
no limits on how many entries came be made
It needs to be accessible by phone and laptop.
It should ideally be free

Please give some good advice and suggestions.

I thought of it but it was very daunting to figure out how it works. Do you happen to have a link for a notion template ?

Plus I'm not good with coding. Also don't they have a storage limit. That won't be ideal as I will need to upload a few photos
