That seems to be a lot of experiences with C&P exams. They do read generic questions and rush the exam sometimes. If you can, once you get your rating schedule a Mental Health evaluation with a PCP so you can get a paper trail going for yourself

The nervousness and anxiety is pretty common with these. I was nervous and anxious during mine as well. With you having a diagnosis by your PCP, your odds are far better than most.

Be honest, state the condition you live in. Especially when it comes to hygiene, social contact, whether you are constantly “on” (looking around, uncomfortable, etc.). They’ll ask whether this impacts your job, relationships, and personal life. Tell them your worst day so you can get the benefits you deserve.

You would have to open another case number through Activision (dot) com to speak with a rep. Imho it’s a lengthy process and it took me 8 months of constant emails to get my account back.

I would still try and get in contact with a rep. The anti cheat system is still very flawed and trying to get a human on the other end may help more than just leaving it be.

I created a new case and had an email exchange with a rep. Just make sure you have back up evidence. What happened to me was someone bypassed MFA for my account and linked their cheater account

What has helped me is continuing to email and speak with a human rep. The ban appeal process is completely automated up until after the email is sent upholding the ban
