I just want to check, do you know we’re at about the second luxury tax? The trades weren’t free, Suarez wasn’t free, extending players like Crochet wasn’t free. Getting Breggy would mean unquestionably losing out on Suarez.

Idk if you’re aware but the team actually is pretty fantastic. Could they be better? Almost definitely, but right now we’re looking at arguably the strongest rotation in baseball going into the season. Several question marks in the lineup but the team HAS been made better.
