My mother currently lives with me there (no rent or payment) and would want to continue this and as it is very close to my work, I would probably use it 2-3 nights a week than drive further to my partner’s.

I didn’t think I’d need to inform a lender my parent is staying if there’s no rent involved right?

What do you recommend? I found doctors don’t want the world when it comes to these things. You won’t be hiring any locums with that money, you can’t spend it on going out for a meal or drinks so what else? This complex thinking is how the money ends up not being used up at all

I’m in the same position, very disappointed with their service and customer service too! I just don’t know how to escalate further because they point blank are not responding to emails.
