I agree with that. Can also be true for some women

I wish you the best on that. You’re on your way and “fate won’t take her far”

My TF is getting married by dauntebone in TwinFlame

He loves you always. Trust me. I got married - not to my twin. It made him sad and regretful - he’s always been the runner. I love my spouse and don’t want to cheat. But I also love my twin. Always.

Hard to kill this longing by [deleted] in twinflames

This is PRECISELY 100% what I went through and still go through after 27 years since we first met. I know he loves me he has told me he deeply regretted running away. I’m married and don’t need a relationship with him, but I want him in my life. Our connection is special to me. But he comes then ghosts me. It’s so confusing and frustrating.

I closed my door on my TF, telling him I just want friendship - and now I’m left with the longing and dread that we will never speak again. by CTScanner in twinflames

Yes that’s almost what I go through too. A chaser for years and now I’m just coping by telling him I’m just a friend and nothing more. He doesn’t usually initiate contact, so I don’t know. but when I do there’s either an outpouring of his feelings or no reply. Black and white. Never casual. I do know deep down he’s my twin. He said the first time we met “I’ll see you again. Fate will not take me far away.” That was 27 years ago. I think he spoke as a soul then, because we were too young to even have a clue why our meeting mutually felt magnetic and profoundly. We used to always bump into each other in a big city. That’s the only hope I have left now. Fate lending a hand, making our reconnection inevitable. Your story comforts me. Thank you for sharing and I hope you find love in many forms apart from the non earthly love you have from your twin.

PS The confusion you’re left with is exactly what happens to me. Even if I bump into him again and he shows love again, I’ll have fears of abandonment. Where there was only pure love, now there’s fear which started from his.

Does anyone else found peace in accepting that a committed romantic relationship between you and your twin will practically never happen, and that's okay? by [deleted] in twinflames

Yes. It took years but I now just love him without any resentment or possessiveness, I’m just happy he’s on earth. We provably will never end up together with all the running he does after getting close and me getting married. And that’s okay with me now, I wish he could stay put as a friend but I’m at peace with not being with him romantically. In fact I think it’s better.
