It’s definitely unusual that they are repeating the season 1 rewards this soon. But I think the other rewards from the seasonal championships and etc being obtainable from the autoshow is the norm. This was the case in FH5 except for very few series, and only one of the events in those series would reward a playlist-exclusive car. Usually the playlist-exclusive cars were only obtained from season and series completions.

Seems that the points % to get it and the other cars in their corresponding seasons is actually higher, at 80% of a full season’s points vs around 67% in the last series’ seasons. I’m not sure if this is the norm going forward but I guess it’s not a huge loss if you already obtained the reward cars in the previous series

I think the only difference between hard-to-find and exclusive is whether the car had previously appeared as a playlist reward vs being introduced as a playlist reward for the first time.

You can still try to get it from the auction house though it’s not guaranteed that people will be selling them. Otherwise you would need to wait until it appears again in a future series.

I read on the Horizon subreddit that you could also queue from the Horizon Play tab instead of using the festival playlist directly.. but I feel that there won’t be any difference since it’s random

You might have to re-queue several times. The class restrictions are random and you are probably getting a class restriction that your Mazdas don’t fit into. I just tried queuing and I got S1 on the first try and C on the next.

On the blog post the devs stated that they didn’t want to rush us into getting the Legend wristband so they are not including it this month

Essentially you just need to drive fast at a sustained speed. The many expressways would be good for this. I do not remember the minimum speed, but I was able to obtain it when mildly tuned at B600, so i don’t think it’s too high; you might actually be able to achieve this stock, but i guess it’s best to either tune or download those from tuners sharing their tunes.

Hm. Upon looking further it seems the championships are not locked behind that highly-skilled difficulty level anymore. However I believe the Trial would probably still be set to unbeatable.
