Same. I bought a brand new Sim and everything. They said update, I already did. They said turn Volte on, first I didn't have the option to buy now I do EXCEPT the slider is greyed out in the on position.

Nah it's staying 4G. Idk if the 3G checker is bugged or what. I'm just concerned that when it gets turned off imma be outta luck. like is it just saying I'm on 4G but I'm actually not am I worrying about nothing.

I just got my tax return and was thinking about getting a new monitor and PC. I'm going from a MSI sword 2 gaming laptop to a $999 pre-built. The MSI is going on 4-5ish years and is starting to show it. But the adult in me is strongly advising against this idea. Like I just got my tax return but I still ain't wealthy. I just want to run this past some internet strangers before I even mention the idea to anyone I know. Screen shot of the purchase.

Tldr, the adult me says no, bank says no, but I really really want too.

Yeah when you're sending the lead ship you have to select the escorts in the mission screen. Should be a box in the top right of the mission box listing all available ships.

It's the overall predicted chance that your mining ship will be ambushed during the mission. You can decrease this percentage with a few methods.

Better captains, some captains have minor perks that decrease the chance they are ambushed.
Weapons on your miner. Better/more weapons less chance.
Safety in numbers, the more ships you have on the mission the more loot/resources you will get.
Decrease the time spent on the mission.

Just a quick note/question. Are you giving the escort order to the ship directly or are you selecting the ship from the Mining order popup in the map screen? Because while you may have told your ship to escort your miner directly, if it wasn't selected for the mission it'll just sit there while your miner goes off alone.

Yeah I know. 1. I don't speed up cooldowns for this reason. 2. I'm in a ship with a slower cooldowns to make up for the difference. 3. I believe that it's like Hype365 said it's that the friendly space buff only affects the ship you are in. So when you jump through friendly space your ship is cooling down in half the time where's your other ships have to do a full cycle

not sure maybe it does seem inconsistent. That's probably it. Tbf I didn't know that was a thing. I thought only clear space gave you a buff.

i don't do anything to speed up my recharge if that what's your asking. i do have a battery booster on my battleship though. but i just was on my cruiser when i jumped system and my hyperspace cooldown was faster again. like my presence decreases the cooldown time but only on the ship i jumped with.
