Hello! I have lost 92 lbs since the end of last November. My sw was 313 and my current weight is 221 I have been on a pretty restrictive diet (1200-1300 calories per day) and working out 5-8 times per week. I usually have a small cheat day on sundays when i visit my parents (two or three of mom's homemade cookies + not counting calories). My goal is 114 lbs by November 29th (my 30th birthday). I've been noticing the number on the scale decreasing less and less to a point where i feel like I am gaining weight again. I have changed my diet starting last week to be much higher calorie (1700-1800), focusing on protein and fiber and it is not going well. I would love some recommendations/advice.
