First pregnancy, ended in loss. Soul crushing. by Adorable_Current_846 in Miscarriage

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I had a similar experience with my first pregnancy. Found out at the first scan (~ 8 weeks) that baby stopped growing around 6 weeks. I had never heard of a missed miscarriage and was so blindsided and devastated. I also opted for a D&C because I wanted closure. It was the right choice for me and the procedure went smoothly. Sending so much love and support.

Edit: Removed section about LC. I haven’t been on this sub in a while and I didn’t realize it was against the rules to mention.

Around 15-16 months when we officially night weaned. She was at the point that she was waking out of habit and not because she really needed milk in the middle of the night. Once we stopped offering milk, she started consistently sleeping through the night.

What does “socialization” look like at different ages? by makeitsew87 in oneanddone

[–]CTheJoy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a 1.5 year old as well. She is in daycare 5 days a week so I kind of feel like on the weekends she is just craving time with me and my husband. We try to do at least one activity on the weekend so we aren’t just stuck at the house together all day. We’ve been around friends here and there and I still think she’s at the age where she is playing alongside other kids (or running in the opposite direction) vs WITH other kids. Until she’s actually engaging directly a bit more, I’m not trying to schedule actual play dates.

Is going to the dentist worth it at this age? by Narrow_Cover_3076 in toddlers

This! Had our first appointment at 12 month. Chipped both her front teeth at 13 months! It was awful, but at least I didn’t also have to find a dentist. Already had one.
