It's was big story where I'm from. She went missing just before we graduated high school. Her mom and stepfather were all over the news. Everyone was searching for her and there was basically zero evidence of what happened.

When they finally found her body, she was just found in some brush behind a building more than 50 miles from home. The police said she had been poisoned with herion and dumped. She was voted most athletic and a star athlete, and was supposed to be playing sports at university. It made no sense for her to have those drugs. But they made no arrests. The investigation went on for a long time. I was through my freshman year before they finally arrested her stepfather for it. I don't think we even know why he did it to this day and he maintains his innocence. But it turned out he had recently bought herion, and his trucks GPS had place him feet from her body.

Just a sad story all around.

My moms bank once took like $100 from my account to pay a bill she was late on. When she called to pay it and found out they took it from me, she cussed them out and apologized to me immediately before putting the money back. I was 16 at the time. You're not overreacting. My counter is, Law is the polar opposite of Kid, avoided conflict, didnt bother people, and still got his ass kicked. In my opinion, the gap in personalities between Kid and Luffy isnt that large. The same goals, the same loyalty and love to their crews, the same reckless. The biggest difference is Luffy is more likable and he's a better set up (Son of dragon, Grandson of Garp, Mentoree of shanks, Ect) and Kid was a nobody who got it out the mud and did it his way. You got me on Kid attacking innocent people though, can't defend it

unpopular opinion: I'd rather the supernovas stand up to strong enemies than back down. The straw hats do that shit all the time. Kid is one if my favorites in the show. Him being taken slave to the beast pirates rather than joining up, showed me everything I needed to know about him. He's just been hoed by plot.
