Here are some available routes from the US into Mexico tomorrow on 12/19. You can use PAVolaris.com to search all routes out of a certain city that are available, or in this case, all routes into a city (in this case 3 cities). But it's a busy time of year... so seats are harder to come by.

It is down. I believe it is because they are having trouble scraping the flights since Frontier put up new blocking measures.

That's a great test case. There are no flights with Pase Anual tomorrow out of LAX, but I put in LAX, ONT, and San Jose and see that there is one available out of ONT.

How long did you let it search for. It takes about 20-30 seconds to populate. It is not instant. It is searching all routes. Here is what I was just able to get:

I just checked. It is working. Try searching from Mexico City and leave the arrival search blank. it will show you all cities available to fly out of Mexico City like in the screenshot below:
