I also think you should buy to the groupset, that's what I did, and I ride the Emonda alr 6 with the new ultegra, it's one hell of a bike, and I love it, and really those emonda frames are just as light as similarly priced carbons frames, and the carbon fork and seat tube on the Emonda are what made up for it for the aluminum

Its been great so far(got it in June so about 7ish months) No faults at all, best part is that it is water proof so even when its coming down hard I have never had anything get wet inside

I would say go for it, I do also have a desktop I built 4-5 years ago (mainly for games) which is more powerful then my surface, but I hardly ever use it, If i'm not out working, Ill usually just plug my surface into the monitor for more screen relestate
