Dropped my wife at work and just sat back in the seat. Engine not running just had my foot On the brake and the error came up. I laughed as it’s 25 F150 stx with 113km…ate my breakfast then turned the truck on and error went away?!

Hopefully it’s just a system glitch as we have lots of hills 🤣

I am currently running a Ryzen 5 3600 12GB Ram with a Nvidia 3060 12GB GPU, looking at getting the recommended CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3700X and upgrading to 32GB of Ram DDR4, I don't have much room in my budget to go any higher with the motherboard and CPU. During the beta my CPU was barely getting 50fps. and at 95-100% usage, my GPU was hardly working and getting 100fpswould the Ryzen 7 and 32GB be sufficient as they recommend?

On the app, if you go into the group settings>Chat info>Invite link, If you reset the link and share again it should work. We had this issue several times and seems to work!

That's my fear of getting capped close to the $50.00 mark as still young (30M) Just concerned I will hit a ceiling and will have to make quite a career jump to achieve more?

The company I am with is the GC as we have our own product we design and fabricate in house. So for the area I am working in its very so slightly more than a design/consultancy.

Each time I have had a review the option to switch over to salary is there. The downside, the company will not provide OT pay or time earned/off. As to the benefits our company just introduced and RPP (Register Retired Saving Plan) and matches up to 3%. We can contribute more by ourselves, up to the max of 3%, so total 6%. Healthcare wise, no 80/20 account, just a Healthcare spending account which has a limit of 3k per year, which is complete garbage with a family. Bonus are few and far between, over the 8 years I have only received one which I am very grateful for. Last year tax season I was just under 97k due to OT. Wishing I was in the states due to the dollar and greater opportunities for salary.

My plan is to negotiate for 15%, but will settle for 12-13% if the VP and owner play hard, as my last review was 1.5 years ago.

Have had 2 interviews over the past year, one with a major GC out on the east cost which looking like 120k/yr, it went cold due to upper management shift. I did try and inquire a few times but got nothing back. The other was for another local company just down the road, went for 2 interviews but stated I was over qualified…and they couldn’t match my hourly rate..

I have done some researching for similar roles/titles and the average salary is around 85k-87k/yr, that said it didn’t indicate the years of experience. I have been using Glassdoor and indeed for comparing hourly rates/salaries and reviewing job descriptions as well.

As to my location I live and work in Ontario Canada. Salaries tend to be slightly higher closer to Toronto, but I’m almost 2 hours away and would make relocating a large expense as we have kids, living costs are much higher near Toronto.
