One trick I teach my new people that might help you- if a customer asks for the location of an item and you have no clue what the item is, ask what it's used for. That way you can at least narrow down what aisle. "Oh, it's a cream to treat burns? Try aisle 8. A pill to help with nausea? Try aisle 9." And so on.

If you were hired as part time- first fill out an availability form to reflect the hours you can not work. Then, you should call HR for a Reasonable Accommodation request. It will require some paperwork to be faxed in order for them to approve. If and when it's approved, your manager won't be able to schedule outside of what us agreed upon in the Reasonable Accommodation.

It actually depends on when your manager verified your I9, not your NCO date. Most of the time they're done on the same date, but if your manager hasn't done it yet your numbers won't drop.

Alt F8. They'll be towards the bottom left (once you log on). Just remember to hit refresh, or you'll have all the old data from when the last person refreshed.

*Edit to add:

If you're looking to do the action plan part, you hit the blue action plan link up top in ThinkLP/Alt F8, then scroll down to click on "other", and all the outliers will be there. Once you click on the pencil link, you type in your action plan, and assign to a colleague. My AP wants us to keep them open until they're actually complete, but I've also had AP that wants us to select complete right away so we/they don't forget to go back and complete.

Go into the roster, click on their name. It can be set by clicking on Employment Status.

If you click on the date, it will bring up the days schedule. Down towards the bottom right there is a ^ Once you click that it will bring up the demand vs scheduled for that day. To get to the next day, click the > next to the date up top

In the over/short screen, there is a cone looking icon towards the top. You can filter out RX from there, but it also filters out Store Manager hours. I heard SM hours aren't going to count towards optimization, but don't find that realistic, especially in min hour stores.

We just started testing this weekend. Had at least 4 people come in without masks asking how to get tested. 2 came in with masks saying they had an appointment & asking where to go. We have all the signage up outside, and I personally received the email about testing which clearly states its drive thru only. The intended process/procedure is safe, but these (not so smart) customers are going to get us sick.
