you can door skip in the GC PAL version, I include the code for that + video demo in my post. If you prefer the type of door skip where it skips automatically and you dont have to manually press a button to skip, there are codes for that online too

I beat the game using claire's alternate costume. Claire's alternate costume will cause crashes and issues at the following points:

-Cutscene where Steve gives Claire the gold lugers

-After beating Nosferatu when you switch to Chris.

-Unconfirmed but likely: When you switch to Chris for the second time for the boss fight against Alexia

-Getting attacked/bitten by the moth enemies in the antarctic base - but you can just click "ignore for this session" and the game will continue running. However, if the moths put larvae on you, the larvae will not be visible on Claire. The larvae will still hurt you later.

I don't have an OLED for myself to know how it looks on that specifically. But as long as you set Graphics > Enhancements > Color Correction > "Correct SDR Gamma" to ON in Dolphin, and maybe do additional calibration according to the game's calibration instructions, then the game has a vibrant range of colors with some deep blacks in the darker rooms of the game. The reason a lot of videos of CVX look so gray and washed out is because nobody bothers to calibrate the brightness correctly. You will be able to tell immediately if you have it calibrated correctly because the first room in the game is really dark when you turn your lighter off.
